THINQ has an opening for a full-time candidate to join our growing technology firm. The Business Development Representative will prospect for and set up meetings with small business executives (B2B) that meet our target client criteria. Your primary responsibility is to generate a consistent stream of appointments for the Account Executives.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions.
Major Responsibilities include:
- B2B High volume prospecting (telemarketing) for qualified leads; between 60 and 80 calls per day.
- Prospecting – identifying and qualifying clients who meet the target profile
- Identify and document prospect’s needs and priorities
- Conduct timely follow up to qualified prospects
- Schedule initial sales meetings with prospects for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and timely contact activity data in sales automation tools
Required Qualifications
- 1 year telemarketing or inside sales experience selling and setting appointments OR a strong interest in a selling role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to be effective conveying a clear, well-understood and articulate message.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment in which you have a clear and measurable performance expectations.
- Enthusiastic nature that is well presented over the phone with the ability to develop a professional rapport and overcome objectives
- Solid work ethic requiring minimal management oversight
- Solid organizational skills
