THINQ’s Engagement Process (A.S.O.M.)
To ensure consistent service delivery that generates client satisfaction and results, THINQ engages with every client the same way. To ensure a successful partnership reciprocated between us and our clients, we take an in-depth and in-breadth approach to learn and understand our client’s culture and operation.
- Assessment – we take a snapshot of the current network for architecture, security, stability and effectiveness to the business.
We also examine present contracts and costs related to the delivery and support of
the technology. All findings are documented and presented with recommendations based on
industry best practices (ITIL), cost savings and a 3-5 year IT road map.
- Stabilization – based upon the Assessment
results, we begin with a team kick-off meeting with the client.
Implement the approved recommendations approved by the client to standardize, stabilize and
eliminate any wasteful spending and overhead costs.
- Optimization – next phase
is to position the technology to maximum efficiency. With the environment now stable, systems are ready to run at their full investment and utility.
- Management – this is the partnership value phase that THINQ delivers. Activation starts of our live, around-the-clock uptime and performance monitoring of the network through THINQ's Network Operating Center (NOC). Additionally, THINQ's full suite of IT Management & Support services go into full effect.
